Having the skill sets to create a well planned financial strategy for the marketing of a well designed product, anything less is simply marketing a failure.
A successful product starts with the collaborative input from the end user(s) and ends with customer satisfaction, for as long as the profit margins are there to support it.
It is a Supply Chain, every piece of input generates the output of every touched party, from procuring the materials to the physical and intellectual assets to produce a product or service, to the manufacture of a tangible or intangible product.
And being able to assemble this into a marketing Financial Plan with the key point indicators to mange the sequence of activities and measureable objectives along the way.
Well laid plans of men and mice, are like rolling the dice, unless written in a functional plan of action with the availability of accurate and timely data to support the monitoring and contingent actions of the dynamics of the planned activities.
Those who do not know how to create the financial plan can plan on running out of funds, as simple as that
